Our Corporate and M&A team works closely across seniority levels to share knowledge, exchange ideas and support clients on complex matters. You will join a collaborative team where initiative is encouraged and contributions are valued.

Your role:

  • Advise domestic and international clients on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate governance issues.
  • Assist with the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex M&A transactions from inception to closing.
  • Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters and ancillary corporate documents.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate transaction processes with clients, counterparties and other advisers.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including participating in client pitches and presentations.
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and support staff.

Your profile:

  • You hold a law degree (Master 2 minimum) and have 2 to 5 years’ experience in Corporate M&A within a law firm.
  • You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, high attention to detail and sound judgement.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset.
  • You are fluent in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset.
