Junior Associate for our employment law team

We are looking for a junior associate for our employment law department.

Your role:

• Assisting our national and international clients with all their employment law issues, including day-to-day advice on individual and collective employment matters, drafting and reviewing employment documentation, and supporting clients in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assisting our national and international clients in employment law litigation proceedings, including the preparation of case strategy, drafting of procedural documents, and follow-up of matters before the Luxembourg courts and other relevant authorities.
• Contributing to legal research, monitoring legislative and case law developments, and preparing clear and practical analyses for clients and the team.

Your profile :

• Junior associate with a solid academic background in private law. A dedicated master’s in labor law will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind, rigour and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while integrating into a dynamic team.
• Holder of a certificate to practice law in Luxembourg or be register to the CCDL session 2026-2027.
• Excellent command of French and English; German is a plus.
