Junior Data Analyst

In order to strengthen our Data Analytics team within the Finance & Controlling department, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Data Analyst.

The selected candidate will support our Data Analyst and work closely with various departments to help collect, process and communicate data-driven insights that support decision-making at the highest level.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in data-related projects across multiple departments to support business needs.
• Assist in collecting, extracting, cleaning and organizing data from different internal sources.
• Support in building and maintaining reporting systems to visualize key data insights.
• Contribute to the transformation of raw data into clear and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to understand business objectives and provide relevant analytical support.
• Help present findings in a clear and structured manner. 
• Learn about and engage with different business domains to enhance your understanding of operational challenges and opportunities.
• Assist in working on ad-hoc reporting. 
• Help prepare documentation on digital assets. 

Your Profile

• Newly graduated from a Master’s programme from a Grande École or university, with a focus in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant knowledge of data tools and coding languages (e.g. Python, SQL, Power Query, Power BI or Excel).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Client oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
• Discreet and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
