Your mission:

As a Paralegal, you will contribute to a wide range of engaging matters, collaborating closely with our Partners and Associates. You will serve as a key contact for our esteemed clients, playing an integral role in delivering high-quality support. In this capacity, your principal responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a daily liaison with clients and relevant authorities. 
• Preparing and submitting filings to the RCS/RBE, CSSF (such as Part II funds, SFDR, AIFMD marketing, etc.), AED, etc. 
• Drafting standard legal documents (such as circular resolutions, documentation for notarial appointments, etc.).
• Managing corporate governance matters, including preparing board packs, coordinating board meetings, tracking and checking documents (signatures, legalization, apostille, etc.).
• Creating and updating templates and legal documentation.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in law or minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm, an investment firm or a corporate service provider. Any experience as a Paralegal is considered as an asset.
• You have a perfect command of English and French.
• You have a good command of MS Office and a keen interest in Legal Tech tools.
• You are highly organized and rigorous. You are proactive.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are a team player with a collaborative mindset.
• You are eager to learn and to develop your legal knowledge.
• You are good at managing stress, and you are flexible and adaptable.
