Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and manage templates, precedents and know-how in the litigation, contractual and general commercial area 
• Monitor relevant legal developments, in the general legal environment both at national and European levels
• Coordinate and contribute to the preparation and update of practice notes, legal updates, newsletters, memoranda, internal and external briefings (clients, associations & others)
• Assist lawyers in the preparation of external presentations (conferences, client presentations and trainings)
• Deliver client presentations
• Contribute to innovation development (digitalization, Chatbot)
• Coordinate and deliver internal training sessions to brief fund lawyers on changes to law, regulations, practice and precedents
• Collect and provide technical support and deal with legal queries from litigation lawyers 
• Work alongside lawyers

Practice areas:

• General commercial
• Liability law
• Contractual law 
• Enforcement

Profile:

• At least 3 years of law practice ideally in a litigation department 
• Project management and communication skills
• Coordination skills
• Demonstrated service orientation and capacity to build network
• Ability to propose creative and pragmatic solutions
• French and English are mandatory (German is an asset)
