As part of our HR Team, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating interviews and ensuring the smooth running of the whole recruitment process.

Your responsibilities

  • You will assist the Recruitment team with a number of administrative tasks (copying, scanning, filing, preparing files, etc.)
  • You will update the recruitment database and take charge of the administrative follow-up of application files: organizing interviews, preparing letters, formatting and saving interview reports, etc. 
  • You will be the first point of contact for applicants
  • You will participate in the organization of the recruitment campaigns (organizing dinners and recruitment forums throughout various cities of Europe)
  • You will prepare internal communications on various topics (welcoming new employees, internal transfers, etc.). 

Your Profile

  • You show great discretion when handling confidential information
  • You are both thorough and organized
  • You are motivated, dynamic, and proactive
  • You are a team player
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in French and English
  • You are proficient in basic office software (Windows, Office, etc.)
