Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Lifeline Ventures, a Helsinki based venture capital firm, in the establishment of its sixth fund as well as its first Luxembourg fund, Lifeline Ventures Fund VI SCSp (“Fund VI”).
Lifeline Ventures has announced that Fund VI successfully held it first closing with the total commitment of €400 million, making it the largest single VC fund in Finland and one of the largest in Europe.
The Elvinger Hoss Prussen team included Partner Joachim Cour, Senior Advisor Jingquan Li as well as Associates Leïla Khane and Valeria Lopez Saez from the Investment Funds department, and Partner Nadège Le Gouellec together with Associates Grégory Papadopoulos and Yunji Cho from the Tax department.
