Elvinger Hoss Prussen will be present the 7th Luxembourg-Poland Business Conference organised by the Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC), taking place on Wednesday, 22 October in Luxembourg.

Under the theme “Luxembourg’s Private Fund Landscape: Explore Luxembourg’s fund toolbox, operational best practices and tailored structuring options for Polish fund managers”, this year’s edition will gather Polish and Luxembourgish communities to explore cutting-edge solutions in private fund structuring, operations, and regulatory frameworks.

Partner Michel Marques Pereira will moderate the first panel on "Luxembourg fund toolbox: Overview of financial products available in Luxembourg". Together with panellists Agata Szymoniak (Loyens&Loeff), Iga Młynarczyk (EY) and Piotr Parzyszek (DZP), they will discuss key fund vehicles in Luxembourg, focusing on the legal and tax considerations that matter most for Polish fund initiators. Key topics will include:
