Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Logicor on the Luxembourg law aspects of (i) the issue of an aggregate of EUR 650,000,000 notes under its EMTN Programme, (ii) the annual update of the EMTN Programme, (iii) the restructuring and simplification of the guarantor group under the EMTN Programme, and (iv) a second update, including Brexit-related matters, of the EMTN Programme.
