Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised BGL BNP Paribas

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised BGL BNP Paribas on the implementation of the financing of the acquisition of the Kronos building by KPMG Luxembourg and BPI Real Estate.

Located in the Kirchberg district, the Kronos building was the historic headquarters for BGL BNP Paribas and will be redeveloped for KPMG Luxembourg’s new headquarters.

The team was composed of partner Azadeh Djazayeri (finance), associate Simon Dewalque (finance), senior associate Elodie Léopold (real estate) and partner Nadège Le Gouellec (tax).
