Elvinger Hoss Prussen advises new client Bankinter International Fund SICAV

Under the lead of partners Jérôme Wigny and Thomas Göricke, Elvinger Hoss Prussen started providing legal advice to new client Bankinter Luxembourg S.A. in respect of its Luxembourg UCITS flagship BANKINTER INTERNATIONAL FUND SICAV whose assets under management amounted to around €1.2 billion (as at 31.12.2022).

Work included ongoing legal and regulatory advice and obtaining regulatory approvals on various new sub-funds initiatives.
