Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Oakley Capital on its minority investment in Idealista, the leading online real estate classified platform in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal) alongside EQT and the management of Idealista. The transaction follows the sale of Casa.it by Oakley Capital to EQT in September 2020. Casa.it was subsequently combined with Idealista’s Italian operations.
