Set-up of European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs) for Azimut

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Azimut Investment S.A. in connection with the regulatory approval and the set-up of a European Long Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) with various investment strategies (private equity and private debt), including ELTIFs investing in start-ups and Fintech companies. Elvinger Hoss also advised Azimut Investment S.A. in connection with the set-up of Azimut ELTIF - Infrastructure & Real Assets ESG, a European Long Term Investment Fund investing in real assets and in infrastructure projects aimed at improving real economy and employment, energy and environmental transition, digitalization, accessibility to care services including health services, supporting education, teaching and development of residential projects with social impact, overall capable of generating an additional, measurable and favorable social or environmental impact.
