Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised New Mountain Capital, LLC on the structuring and launch of a Luxembourg based investment vehicle during the course of 2020. The newly set-up investment vehicle pursues the strategy of emphasizing non-cyclical growth and business building for companies in carefully selected “defensive growth” industries.
