Set-up of one of the first 2.0 ELTIFs for SEB Investment Management AB

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised SEB Investment Management AB in connection with the set-up of SEB ELTIF.

SEB ELTIF is amongst the first European Long Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs) in Luxembourg that operate under the revised ELTIF 2.0 Regulation, which came into application on 10 January 2024.

SEB Investment Management AB is a leading asset management company in the Nordic region, offering a full range of products for both private and institutional investors.
