USD 2.2 billion and EUR 600 million notes offering by ArcelorMittal

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised ArcelorMittal on the Luxembourg law aspects relating to its offering of USD 1,200,000,000 6.550% per cent notes due 2027 and USD 1,000,000,000 6.800% per cent notes due 2032 totaling an USD 2,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount. They also advised ArcelorMittal on the Luxembourg law aspects relating to its issuance of EUR 600,000,000 4.875% per cent notes due 26 September 2026 under ArcelorMittal's EUR 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
