At Elvinger Hoss Prussen, we believe in creating an equal and inclusive workplace and are committed to raising awareness around diversity in society. As such, we are happy to announce that we are Head sponsor of the 25th edition of Luxembourg Pride.
Organised by the non-profit organisation Rosa Lëtzebuerg, defending the rights of LGBTIQ+ community living in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the festival is taking place from 6 to 14 July 2024 in Esch-sur-Alzette.
As part of the celebrations, we are also gathering a running team of more than 40 of our members to participate to the second edition of the Luxembourg Pride Run on Thursday 11 July 2024. This charity run brings together businesses, associations, friends, families and anyone who is willing to show their support for the LGBTIQ+ community.
All the more reason for us to reaffirm our commitment, because raising awareness of the challenges linked to diversity, combatting stereotypes and respecting our individual talents are important components of our values and our development strategy.
As part of the IMS network and a signatory to the Diversity Charter, we are engaging in continuous dialogue and strengthening our in-house conferences to promote diversity in all its forms. Our diversity and inclusion team aims to reduce workplace discrimination, fight for equal access to services and promote positive attitudes.
Our members are our greatest asset; over 35 different nationalities are represented in our teams. Fostering our culture of openness, neutrality and inclusion, we offer equal opportunities to anyone who shares our values, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, health or other status. We are committed to implementing measures that allow our diverse workforce to thrive and develop its potential to the fullest.
