Regulatory Insights Series 2025

We will be hosting a series of exclusive roundtables discussing the latest regulatory insights in the asset management sector. Held throughout the year at the Elvinger Hoss Prussen offices in Luxembourg, these events will provide firsthand updates and key insights on the latest developments, emerging topics, and regulators' expectations. 

Partners Sophie Dupin, Tiago Nogueira, and Jil Lanners as well as Counsel Fabrice Bellencontre will discuss the latest hot topics with guest speakers from the industry during short morning sessions designed to keep asset management professionals abreast of key regulatory trends. 

First session

Governance: exchange on best practices for IFMs

The inaugural roundtable discussion will focus on governance in general, covering best practices at board or management committee level, notably in terms of organisation of control functions, risk management, valuation as well as costs and charges and EMIR compliance.
