Online webinar: The essential elements of general conditions

Partner Michel Nickels was the speaker at the online workshop "Les éléments essentiels en matière de conditions générales" (The essential elements of general terms and conditions) organised by House of Entrepreneurship and Chambre de Commerce on 14 November. 

The aim of the workshop was to set out the principles applicable to general terms and conditions and to provide business managers, lawyers and traders from all sectors with practical drafting advice and to discuss the points that cause problems in practice.
