Anaïs Sohler

Anaïs advises management companies, AIFMs, and other professionals of the financial sector, including registrar agents, depositary banks, administrative agents and domiciliation agents, throughout their full regulatory life cycle, from set-up, licensing and authorisation to structuring, delegation and outsourcing arrangements, day-to-day administration, and assistance during on-site/off-site regulatory visits.

She regularly advises on Luxembourg UCI administration requirements, including delegation of central administration and transfer agency functions. She also combines deep regulatory and transactional experience in outsourcing arrangements, ICT and cloud infrastructure, and DORA implementation, advising clients ranging from management companies and AIFMs to banks on their most complex operational resilience projects.

Anaïs closely follows FinTech developments, including fund tokenisation and the adoption of AI in the asset management industry.

She takes part in several ALFI and ABBL working groups on regulatory, DORA and FinTech topics.
