Darina Mohamad

Darina Mohamad's main practice involves advising the U.S. and European sponsors on structuring and formation of alternative investment funds. 

In particular, she advises managers on structuring their private equity, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles.

Career and memberships

Darina is a member of the Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce, supporting the activity of the association and managing the project of International Forum of Polish Business Leaders (IFPBL).

Darina is a member of the Blockchain Lawyers Group. 

Darina is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.

Prior to joining Elvinger Hoss Prussen, Darina worked for three years for an international law firm in Luxembourg as well as in the regulatory department of a Big 4 firm in Luxembourg.

In 2017 Darina was chosen as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow to participate in the St. Gallen Symposium.

Education

Luxembourg qualified attorney (Liste 1) - Avocat à la Cour

Master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw (Poland). 

LLM in European law from the University of Luxembourg with a scholarship for one semester at the Columbia University in New York City (USA).
