Fabrice Bellencontre’s practice focuses on regulatory matters related to collective asset management and investment funds, particularly on AML/CFT and targeted financial sanctions rules. Fabrice advises a wide range of regulated and unregulated funds, investment fund managers and other regulated entities on their AML/CFT set-up and related ongoing issues. He further supports clients dealing with on-site/off-site inspection processes from public authorities.
