Virginie Lebbe

Virginie Lebbe joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in January 2012, building on her career development with two international law firms in Luxembourg and in the banking sector in Belgium and ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry) where she focused on the impact of the AIFM Directive and the development of non-UCITS investment structures and cross-border transactions.

Virginie holds a licence en droit from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and studied finance and economic law at the Universiteit Gent (Belgium).

Virginie’s expertise lies in corporate and investment fund legislation where she develops in-depth knowledge of the evolution of relevant laws and regulations in order to share this knowledge and coordinate training for all the lawyers within Elvinger Hoss Prussen. She assists the firm by delving deeply into the various trends within these laws and regulations which may have an impact on the firm’s clients and their business.
