Extension of Commission Regulation 461/2010

The European Commission has extended the application of Regulation 461/2010 concerning the exemption of certain categories of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector until 31 May 2028. It has also updated the Supplementary Guidelines for the sector.
