We are delighted to announce that Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted the Utmost Group with the Luxembourg change of control application and procedure with respect to the envisaged acquisition of Lombard International Assurance Holdings Sarl, and indirectly, Lombard International Assurance SA. The acquisition is expected to complete on 30 December 2024.
Utmost Group is a leading provider of insurance and savings solutions in the UK and internationally.
