Floris Van Rymenants’ practice focuses on banking and financial services regulation. He advises credit institutions, MiFID firms and other professionals of the financial sector on a broad range of regulatory matters, including CRD/CRR, EMIR, MiFID, IFD/IFR, and MiCA.
Floris specialises in particular in financial-sector M&A, covering acquisitions of qualifying holdings, asset transfers and group reorganisations. His work also includes licence applications, governance matters and issues relating to professional secrecy.

Master’s degree in international business law from the Université de Montpellier (France).
Specialised Master’s degree in international law and management from HEC Paris (France).
LLM in finance from the Institute for Law and Finance of the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main (Germany).
