Workshop Restructuring France, Belgium and Luxembourg

On 5 November, the vdpPfandbriefAkademie held a workshop under the theme “Restrukturierung Frankreich, Belgien and Luxemburg". This event, gathering real estate financiers as well as investors, outlined the current market situation as well as the restructuring framework and its scope for manoeuvre within the legal systems in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

During this workshop, Partner Anna Hermelinski-Ayache took part in the discussion and shared her expertise from a Luxembourg perspective. Among other things, Anna provided insights into the insolvency law toolbox and the strategies that should be put in place.
