12th IBA European Corporate and Private M&A Conference

The International Bar Association (IBA) organised its 12th European Corporate and Private M&A Conference that took place over two days, from 8 to 9 February, in Paris, France. The conference tackled many topics, including: the current developments in European private M&A, the evolution of main terms and economics in European private equity deals and the enhancement of best practice.
