Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Providence Equity Partners on the Luxembourg aspects of the acquisition of Synergym by VivaGym, marking a further add-on transaction in Providence’s ongoing consolidation strategy for the fitness and wellness sector across Spain and Portugal. The completion remains subject to regulatory approvals.
Upon completion, the group will be made up of a network of more than 450 clubs across Iberia, providing accessible, high-quality fitness to consumers in the region.
