Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to CVC with respect to CVC Fund IX’s acquisition of World of Talents NV, the holding company of the group “World of Talents” a secondment staffing firm headquartered in Belgium that specialises in the secondment of people in less cyclical and bottleneck professions within industries facing significant and structural labour shortages with a focus on healthcare, technical & engineering, IT, HR and finance, its financing and the implementation of reinvestment and roll-over matters in relation thereto.
