Acting as Luxembourg counsel to Sixth Street Partners on the formation through to the final close of Sixth Street Specialty Lending Europe III (SLE III)

Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US acted as Luxembourg counsel to Sixth Street Partners on the formation through to the final close of Sixth Street Specialty Lending Europe III (SLE III).

SLE III closed at its hard cap, raising €3.75 billion in total equity commitments, marking a significant milestone for Sixth Street’s European Direct Lending platform.

Elvinger Hoss Prussen and Elvinger US provided comprehensive legal support across the structuring, establishment, and closing of the fund. Financing matters were handled by Partner Thierry Kauffman and Senior Associate Thomas Adolph-Nicolas, with tax matters advised by Partner Nadège Le Gouellec and Associate Yunji Cho.
