Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Adecoagro S.A., a leading agribusiness company focused on the production of food and renewable energy in South America, on the Luxembourg law aspects of its issuance of U.S.$500 million 7.500% Senior Notes due 2032 as well as its concurrent tender offer for the company’s outstanding 6.000% Senior Notes due 2027.
