Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised global OTC liquidity provider B2C2 Europe S.à r.l. (“B2C2”) on successfully obtaining a Crypto-Asset Service Provider licence from Luxembourg’s financial sector supervisor, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

B2C2 is a leading global liquidity provider for institutional clients. It offers reliable liquidity across market conditions and is the first global OTC liquidity provider to secure a licence under MiCA, the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.

The licence enables B2C2 to offer crypto-asset services, including the exchange of crypto-assets for funds, the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, and the execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.

The Regulatory team was led by partner Tiago Nogueira in collaboration with senior associate Cynthia Kombe and associate Koenraad Mertens.
