2026 Elvinger Hoss Annual Fintech Conference
The third edition of the Elvinger Hoss Annual Fintech Conference took place on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 at the Spuerkeess - 19 avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg.
Led by Partners Sophie Dupin, Yves Elvinger, Tiago Nogueira and Anaïs Sohler, together with Counsel Iren Butrakova, the event brought together key stakeholders from across the financial services ecosystem to exchange views on the evolving landscape of financial innovation.
The programme featured a keynote by Gilles Roth, Minister of Finance of Luxembourg, alongside a series of panel discussions, each bringing together representatives from asset managers, banks, technology providers, and industry associations.

Keynote
Gilles Roth, Minister of Finance of Luxembourg, delivered a keynote entitled 'Luxembourg's Strategic Positioning as a European Fintech Hub'. During the keynote, he announced that Luxembourg is preparing for the first European sovereign bond of benchmark size on DLT.
