Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Bregal Unternehmerkapital in connection with the acquisition of SwipBox International A/S ("SwipBox"), a Denmark-based technology company and one of Europe’s leading providers of battery-powered automated parcel locker (APL) solutions for out-of-home parcel delivery. Completion is expected following the fulfilment of customary regulatory and practical conditions.
