Under the lead of partners Sophie Laguesse and Michel Marques Pereira, Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Intermediate Capital Group (“ICG”) on the fifth vintage of its flagship direct lending strategy, Senior Debt Partners (“SDP”).

The SDP fund and associated vehicles raised a total of USD 17 billion (approximately EUR 15.2 billion), significantly exceeding ICG’s initial target of USD 11-12 billion making it the largest European direct lending fund to date.

The team also included corporate, banking and finance partner Karl Pardaens, senior associate Benoit Nerriec and associate Lada Bevz, tax partner Elisabeth Adam, as well as fund senior associate Diana Toth and associate Dorian Lathuillière.
