IBA 38th International Financial Law Conference
On 10 to 12 May, the International Bar Association (IBA) organised its 38th International Financial Law Conference in Lisbon, Portugal. On Friday 12 May, Partner Cintia Martins Costa co-chaired a workshop on Project financing: latest developments with ESG aspects. The session discussed the current trends and future outlook of ESG and its impact on structuring projects and their financing and the new requirements applicable to stakeholders involved in such projects.
