In this article, published in the December 2023 edition of LPEA's Insight/Out magazine, our two partners Azadeh Djazayeri and Ana Bramao contributed their expertise on the Reorganisation Law, which came into force on 01 November 2023, and its limited impact on financial collateral arrangements.
The article is the result of fruitful discussions with lawyers from major Luxembourg law firms to reiterate and confirm the robustness of the financial collateral arrangements governed by the Luxembourg law of 5 August 2005 notwithstanding the entry into force of the Reorganisation Law.
