Wage indexation 1 June 2026

On 1 June 2026, a wage indexation of 2.5% will enter into effect increasing the new index rate to 992.24 points (former index rate 968.04).

Consequently, a 2.5% increase in the salaries, wages and pensions will apply in Luxembourg as of 1 June 2026. The gross monthly minimum statutory wage is increased to EUR 2.771,33 for non-qualified employees and to EUR 3,325.59 for qualified employees.
