Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted the EIC Fund, the venture capital investment arm of the European Innovation Council (EIC), in connection with its investment in the series A capital raising of Circu Li-Ion S.A., a Luxembourg company specialised in the field of battery recycling.
Established in 2020, the EIC Fund is the Venture Capital investment arm of the European Innovation Council (EIC). With a capitalization of over €4 billion, it bridges the gap between public and private financing, supporting Europe’s most promising startups and scaleups. Through patient capital and strategic co-investments, the EIC Fund empowers visionary entrepreneurs to bring breakthrough technologies to market, driving Europe’s competitiveness and innovation leadership.
