Elvinger Hoss Prussen assisted ESR-LOGOS REIT with respect to its investment of an amount of USD 70 million into ESR Japan Income Fund, SCSp, a Luxembourg investment fund, investing in stabilized core logistics assets and development logistics assets in Japan including logistics warehouses and light industrial assets located in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka.
