Elvinger Hoss Prussen has advised Bregal Milestone on a majority investment in Evli Alexander Incentives (EAI), the former equity plan design and administration arm of Evli Group (Evli), and a strategic partnership with Evli, to form Allshares, a new European compensation and benefits and long term incentives platform.
