Acquisition of a majority stake in leading technology-driven credit & real estate platform Finsolutia

Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Pollen Street Capital in connection with (i) the acquisition of a majority stake in Finsolutia, being a leading technology-driven credit and real estate platform in Iberia and (ii) the set-up of a joint venture vehicle formed in order to build a leading digital Credit & Real Estate platform in Europe.
