Dual listing of Alvotech following its business combination with SPAC Oaktree Acquisition Corp. II

Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg legal counsel to Oaktree Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. on the completion of a definitive business combination agreement with Alvotech, and the subsequent listing of the combined company on NASDAQ.
