Elvinger Hoss Prussen advised Carlyle on the acquisition of Meopta

Elvinger Hoss Prussen acted as Luxembourg legal counsel to The Carlyle Group in relation to the acquisition of Meopta-optika s.r.o., with its direct and indirect subsidiaries, which is a developer, manufacturer and assembler of optical, opto-mechnical and opto-electronic solutions mostly as supplier to OEMs in the semiconductor, life sciences, defense, sport and other end-markets.

The team was led by Karl Pardaens, alongside Cristina Beniog and Benjamin Bontemps.
