Counsel Cristina Beniog’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (debt and equity), financial and securities law.
Cristina has significant experience in finance and capital market projects and she advises a number of listed and unlisted companies on a regular basis. Furthermore, she is frequently involved in a wide range of complex corporate, private equity and financing matters.

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar under her home title in 2014.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2014.
Joined Elvinger Hoss Prussen in 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Cristina worked as a trainee lawyer for six months in a French law firm.
Education
Maîtrise en droit and a Master’s degree in business law as well as a Magistère de droit des activités économiques from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
