Elvinger Hoss Prussen advises new client Fideuram Asset Management

Under the lead of partners Jérôme Wigny and Thomas Göricke, Elvinger Hoss Prussen started providing legal advice to new client Fideuram Asset Management in respect of its 5 Luxembourg UCITS whose assets under management amounted to €39 billion (as at 31.12.2022).

Work included ongoing  legal and regulatory advice, obtaining regulatory approval on the article 8 and 9 SFDR uplifts of a number of funds as well as managing the transition to the SFDR RTS pre-contractual annexes.
