Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to Alpha Leonis Partners AG in connection with the establishment of ALP Knowledge Economy Fund I SCSp (the "Fund") and its first closing.
 
The Fund will make investments into active primary and direct investments emphasising transformative growth and the "knowledge economy" and is seeking to raise $250 million of capital commitments.
