Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to TPG

Elvinger Hoss Prussen provided legal advice to TPG with respect to TPG’s acquisition of a controlling interest in the DOC Generici Group, largest independent Italian generic pharmaceutical company and is the second-largest player overall in the Italian generic pharmaceutical market, its financing and the implementation of management incentive programs.
