Refinancing of the real estate portfolio of Lagune International

Elvinger Hoss Prussen represented Batipart in connection with the negotiation and entry into of a facilities agreement between among others, Lagune International SAS, a Luxembourg company of the Batipart Group, as borrower, and Natixis, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Crédit Lyonnais, as arrangers.

The facilities agreement was put in place in order to provide financing and/or refinance the real estate portfolio of Lagune International SAS’ subsidiaries in Germany, Italy and Spain. Such portfolio features long leases secured with market-leading tenants such as Club Med and Center Parc.
